YieldGen is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities authority. Displayed yields, probabilities, exposures, and similar metrics are mathematical outputs based on data from your brokerage and market quotes. They are not forecasts and not instructions to act.
Options risk
Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Assignment, gap risk, concentration, leverage, and liquidity constraints can produce losses larger than premium received. Past premium income, historical probability estimates, or back-tested summaries displayed in the app do not guarantee future results. Model outputs depend on assumptions, data quality, and market conditions that change. Software may contain errors; verify critical figures independently when appropriate.
Technology provider
YieldGen is an independent financial technology software platform providing analytics and portfolio management tools. YieldGen is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The software does not provide personalized investment advice, trading recommendations, or custody of funds. All securities transactions and trade executions are handled independently by the user’s chosen broker-dealer.
Users may connect personal brokerage accounts through secure broker APIs or OAuth and submit orders they individually review and confirm; the connected broker-dealer remains the sole custodian. YieldGen is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities authority as an investment adviser or broker-dealer. Subscription fees pay for software access only; YieldGen does not receive transaction-based compensation from order flow.
Third parties
Brokerage accounts, market data, and payment processing are provided by third parties under their own terms. YieldGen is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage firm mentioned on this site. Broker names are used descriptively only.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees pay for software access. A payment method is collected at signup. There is no charge if you cancel during the 30-day trial. After the trial, the plan you chose is billed until you cancel. Canceling stops future charges. A subscription does not include advisory services.
Account security
Payment card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored by YieldGen. App account records and subscription status are intended to be stored in AWS. Passwords should be verified using a managed identity service or salted password hashes, not stored in plain text.
Intellectual property
Content on this site and software comprising YieldGen are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Certain features and methods are patent pending; the YieldGen name is a pending trademark. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
